CheeSe Cake ^^

Me n sis have made a cheese cake after our dinner..


It has been about half a year we didn't update our cake skills...lolx


She saw a cookie and cream cheese cake recipe from a cake magazine..


All the while, I don't eat CHEESE cake at all!! Not even try to touch it..


But,I felt like wanna work out together with my sis to make a cake @@


So, we have started making it!!! haha..


We've taken some pic during the cake making process!!

Beat the mixture until smooth


Lovely sis beating the mixture..she beat it seriously XD




It's ready to go into the oven for half an hour

before being put into the fridge!! xp



It's ready to be eaten by me n sis!!! =P

(pieces of oreo being placed on top of the cheese cake)




It was the 1st time making a cheese cake together with sis!!


I've decided to have a try on this CHEESE cake!!


Although its outlook didn't look appetitive, the taste was quite good ^^


Our mistake : It needed a longer time to bake in the oven coz it's too soft in the middle part of the cake..lolx.....


I wish we could take this as a lesson and make a better cake next time!!!! Waiting for the next cake!!! hoho~ c.'')

    yeah.. the molding pan is too deep d, making ur cake thicker..so, u may have to try bake it for another 15 minutes more in ur next trial! hehe...
    Instead of making cheese cake, why dun you try on the sponge cake since u dun like it? (lao gong just curious la..XD)..
    anyway, nice try! keep it on ur effort there..=p

    i wanted learn actually. never go and hands on by myself even a time..hehe...
    in the last few weeks, there was a tv show called "hor chiak" had taught for cheese cake making process,so just have a little bit idea on it lor...
    i dun dare to make the cake with my own hand cuz i'm not a professional baker..haha...
    waiting for lao po to feed her hand made cake into my mouth..bleh=P
